As [Ben points out][1], the schedule that got [Dugg][2] earlier this week hadn’t been kept up to date (it _does_ say “Draft” [right on the label][3]) and erroneously lists today as the ship date for Firefox 2 Alpha 1. One Five OH! One: was it good for you?

[Firefox 1.5.0.1][1] was released last night at around 2pm EST. There’s [no longer a need to download][2] the entire installer, though, thanks to our new Software Update system. In fact, assuming you’re not the type to twiddle with preferences, all of this should happen automagically.
I’m curious to know what people thought of the automatic update [...]
